THE MISSION
iBlossom Girls Program Inc. is a Massachusetts-based 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization supporting the health and wellness needs of girls, women, and
gender-expansive individuals. We serve young women ages 14-25 years old, who are facing multiple systems of oppression and disenfranchisement. At iBlossom, skill-building is more than personal growth—it is a journey toward self-discovery and self-advocacy. As “our girls” strengthen their confidence and resilience, they begin to blossom into their fullest potential, prepared to advocate for themselves and others.

We encourage girls to embrace their unique individuality, we empower girls to use their voice and take action, we nurture their confidence and self-esteem and motivate them to make positive lifestyle choices. In addition to our girls, we provide support to their families by establishing communication and providing resources as needed.

Through intentional exposure to cultural excellence, entrepreneurship, and college and career pathways, iBlossom cultivates both agency and aspiration, helping every participant see herself not just as part of a system, but as a catalyst to change it.
